In a nutshell: Last-name is pronounced ree-shard, not rich-ard. He is the MOTOR behind the productions at ESPI. Blane’s organizational skills, attention to detail and problem solving ability keeps the production side of the business running efficiently. He has the ¨super-natural ability¨ to resolve a technical issue with the flip of a switch.

The story: Blane was born and raised in the Heart of Cajun Country, Lafayette, Louisiana. He passed a good time at the University of Southwestern Louisiana before packing it up and moving to the Big “D” in 1986. After several years of working in the corporate world, he decided a career change was in order to spice things up. He completed his studies at the Art Institute of Dallas, graduating with a degree in Music and Video Business. He joined the ESPI Team in 1995.
